SNCF, the French national railways, develops a lot of services for its users, but they do not benefit the SNCF brand metrics.CREATIVE CONCEPT
Using data to shift brand perception. We developed a new interactive kiosk to collect client satisfaction of every services, right where and when they use them.
The kiosks have been installed in every train station and SNCF retail stores in France.
