Nathalie is a global design executive with a career spanning industrial design, advertising, and digital products. She is recognized for leading large-scale design organizations, transforming customer journeys, and building inclusive, high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.

She is currently Managing Director, Head of Design at Wells Fargo, where she oversees design for Consumer, Fargo AI, Small Business, and Wealth & Investment Management. Nathalie leads end-to-end digital experiences for millions of customers—seamlessly connecting marketing, digital, and branch channels—while driving personalization, customer satisfaction, and business growth.


Previously, Nathalie directed cross-channel experience strategy and design leadership for Fortune 500 brands at Digitas (Publicis). Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Creative Director at TBWA, where she shaped creative vision and innovation for global brands including Air France, Hermès, Michelin, Dom Pérignon, Prada, and Adidas.
