Nathalie embraces creative diversity, bringing together high performing teams from varied backgrounds, and mentors rising creatives, finding purpose in inspiring talent.

As the Executive Head of Design for Consumer at Wells Fargo, Nathalie drives the transformation of the bank's digital customer experiences. With a mission centered around delivering Joy, she taps into emotional and behavioral motivators. She leads a large team designing a new relationship between people and their money. Her leadership emphasizes on extending her team's impact and reach while cultivating an environment that nurtures people, craft, innovation, and culture. 

She has led teams in branding studios, advertising agencies, digital agencies and her own design practice. Nathalie has spent more than two decades in creative roles in Paris, London and New York.

Her work for Air France, Hermes, Nokia, L’Oréal Paris, Nina Ricci, Michelin, OPI and SNCF has earned her recognition from many of the industry's most esteemed awards, including the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, the One Show, Clios, Art Director’s Club, and the London International awards to name a few. She also served as a jury in multiple international award shows.

She was honored to be selected as a Working Mother of the year by She Runs it.

Nathalie speaks fluent French, English and Tagalog, and resides in Brooklyn with her husband Greg, four children and a lovable, lazy English bulldog, Maurice.
